Looking for an IT professional with around 4 years of exp. as a Business Systems Analyst with ability to gather and document Business Requirements, proficient in SDLC life cycle, understand the workflow concept, ability to gather and document the 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' processes.

• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output
• Coordinates development of approved versions of business & functional specifications for specified applications. Reviews use case, technical docs with engineering team to ensure business requirements are adequately reflected in technical planning.
