I'm seeking a business analyst to help me with a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external aspects that could potentially impact various areas of the framework: Environment, Resources Management, Preferences, and Organizational Capabilities.
Key Deliverables:
- Identify and explain at least one internal and one external aspect for each of the aforementioned areas.
- Consideration of how these internal and external situations influence the Diamond E Framework.
- A succinct yet insightful application of the general Business Strategy Model.
The analysis should be based on an industry that is mutually agreed upon, taking into account the technology, healthcare, and retail sectors.
