Business Strategy & Financial Performance Presentation

I need a 5-6 minute presentation for a Finance & Performance Management Course. This involves a semi-fiction scenario in which I've identified that my corporation struggles to maintain and manage inventory - specifically, there is an issue keeping key ingredients in stock. I must put together a presentation, ideally something other than just flipping through powerpoint slides, and if powerpoint, something which is narrated and includes some artwork or animation. I have a script and can kinda guide what needs to be touched on and laid out.
