Business Requirement Document (BRD) for a banking product.

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create a Business Requirement Document (BRD) for a banking product. The project is to create a PERSONAL FINANCE MANGEMENT TOOL to be used on a bank's application, using predictive and historic data analytics to assess customer behavior and recommend on financial decisions, budgeting, cross selling and spending details.

The BRD must cover fields to be captured, customer patterns, flow charts and all other key technical details for the development of such solution.

Key Requirements:
- Experience in creating BRDs for banking products
- Strong knowledge of data analytics
- Strong understanding of online banking processes and data security
- Ability to work within a tight timeline of 1 week

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in creating BRDs for similar projects
- In-depth knowledge of the banking industry and its regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders within the bank
