Business Proposal to raise funding

Looking to prepare a business proposal for a start up company in the Gold industry. Have been operational for 3 years and looking to raise funding through investments for expansion and future growth (5-10 year plan). The business proposal should cover the basics - company & industry background, competitor analysis, SWOT, identified opportunities/revenue streams - but with more focus on financial models & forecasts. To show the plan on how cash flows will look, milestones & financial metrics set, ROI, key financial ratios, P&L and Balance sheets. Definitely, a plus to hire a person with experience in or understanding of the Gold industry (including mining, trading, jewelry & precious stones). Further details can be given after selection.
