Business Project Scope Definition
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m at the “big idea, little detail” stage of a new business initiative and need a professional who can turn rough thoughts into a clear plan of action. The final solution might become a website, a mobile app, or a standalone software tool—at this point I’m deliberately leaving the format open until we complete proper discovery.
Here’s what I’m after:
Deliverables
• Kick-off call to explore objectives, audience, and constraints
• Structured questionnaire that digs into features, workflows, and success metrics
• Concise competitive and feasibility snapshot (2–3 pages is fine)
• Final scope document that includes a prioritized feature list, user stories, suggested tech stack, and recommended next steps
Acceptance criteria
• All materials in an editable format (Google Docs or Word)
• Scope clear enough that a developer can price the work with fewer than ten follow-up questions
• At least one revision round after my review
