Freelance Business Process Consultant / Operations Documentation Specialist (On-Site in North Miami)
We are an automotive vehicle wrap business specializing in paint protection, color vinyl films, and fleet graphics. As we scale, we are looking for a self-driven Business Process Consultant to work on-site in North Miami to streamline operations and document workflows from start to finish.
Scope of Work (On-Site in North Miami):
Observe key roles in person: installation, sales, admin, etc.
Interview the owner and team on-site to identify gaps
Document current workflows (“as-is”)
Propose optimized workflows (“to-be”)
Create clear visual diagrams and write SOPs, process standards, and internal manuals
Requirements:
Experience with small or mid-sized businesses (5–30 people)
Ability to work independently from start to finish on-site
Strong communication and documentation skills
Familiar with tools like Lucidchart, Miro, Notion, Visio, or similar
Location: North Miami — this is an on-site project; remote work is not possible
Duration: 4–6 weeks
