I'm looking for a business analyst with robust expertise in Agile methodologies to help in enhancing our team collaboration efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of our current business processes, with a specific focus on the collaboration aspect.
- Propose and implement agile frameworks and practices to improve the team collaboration.
- Help in selecting, implementing and training our team on appropriate tools and software for Agile
- Provide the team with the necessary training and guidance in the Agile methodologies
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on process improvement
- In-depth understanding and practical experience in Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Epic, and FDD
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
