As-Is Business Process Flowcharts

I’m documenting the current (“As-Is”) state of our project and need a Business Analyst who can quickly turn what we know into clear, accurate flowcharts. The focus is strictly on business processes—no IT architecture or org-chart work is required.

Here’s how I picture the engagement:

• You’ll interview me (and, if needed, one or two key stakeholders) to capture every step, decision point, input, and output that makes the process run today.
• All visuals must be produced in Draw.io; the final files should remain fully editable so we can tweak them later.
• Each process should be delivered as a separate diagram, labelled and version-controlled, with consistent symbols and legend.
• I’ll consider the job done when the diagrams mirror reality, terminology matches what the team uses day-to-day, and the flow can be read end-to-end without extra explanation.
