Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking to set up a Bar, Grill and Lounge in an East African Community and will require a business plan.
The business plan should include what makes us unique:
1) Excellent customer service: Improved service time (reducing service time from 15-20 mins to <12 mins
2) loyalty bonuses for both customers and staff (waiters)
3) Serene environment
4) Soft background music (not too loud)
5) Culinary experience from West, East, and Southern Africa
The business plan must include a
A) financial plan (detailed), ODCs etc
B) organogram, Human Resources
C) Sales and marketing strategies
D) Business strategies (see a few points above)
E) Cost optimization
F) Supply chain Management
