HR Business Partner/Business manager
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I'm seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support my small team of under 50 employees. The ideal candidate will focus on:
- Employee Development: Design and implement training programs, career development plans, and performance management systems to nurture talent and enhance skills.
- Workplace Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and diversity and inclusion programs.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role, preferably in small organizations.
- Strong understanding of employee development strategies and workplace culture enhancement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies in compliance with relevant regulations.
