Business Operations Manager Intern

I'm seeking an experienced, proactive individual who can take over the management and optimization of my business operations that fall outside of software development. Your focus areas will include:
- Marketing and Advertising: I need a professional who can not only elevate our brand awareness but also effectively drive customer acquisition. Proven past success in these areas is essential.
- Sales and Customer Support: I need support in devising a strategy to increase sales, manage client relationships, and improve customer satisfaction. There are no specific challenges in this area currently, but a constant strive for improvement is needed.
- Social Media and Lead Generation Management: I'm looking for someone who can take control of our social media platforms and use them as a tool for lead generation.
