Business Model and Market research

I am looking for someone to do a market analysis and complete a business model for me. It is based in Omaha, Nebraska. The business is foundationally a warranty and maintenance. I have a majority of it done. Paper work is not usually my strong suit so I would someone to put what I already have plus extras that they add to it into a presentable and easily understood format for presentations as well other partnerships that may occur in the future.
