Business Model

Would you be willing to pull together a short investment thesis and business plan. We definitely don’t want to go through 50 pages but a few slides with the various themes (e.g. illusions), geographies (e.g. Southeast usa), merits (lots of 4x EBITDA deals) and risks (high rent given necessary Main and Main locations), scalable org chart (where your personal role stops/starts, when to add a CFO, etc.), systems (one POS or many), De Novo model and which focus/where, etc. You are going to know 100x more about all of this than we will and certainly better to talk through more rather than less on business drivers. We totally get a lot of this will be based on which deals we find and when…we are very opportunistic! The thesis/business plan definitely won’t be perfect but at least we will have the beginnings of a road map to give us some structure. To reiterate, we don’t need anything more than structured bullets to get started but, if you have/want more we’ll take it.
Can you pull together a rough list of targets you think are actionable (Titanic Museum, Johnny Cash Museum, etc.) so that we can talk about more specifics? I am not sure how easy it is to ping your contacts and gauge interest of if you would prefer to wait. Either way it would be great to have a few specifics to discuss theme, size, location, structure, seller role (if any), EBITDA improvement opportunities (staffing, ticket pricing, capex, etc.), etc. with Museum of Illusions being the first case study. NO FEC's also any industry reports.
