Business Manager

As a small business owner with a team of 1-10 employees, I'm seeking a skilled Business Manager to aid me with various aspects of my business. This includes financial management, team management, and sales and marketing support.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Monitoring and managing the financial health of the business, including creating budgets, analysing financial data and implementing financial strategies.
- Overseeing and motivating the existing team, ensuring all tasks are completed and the team is working efficiently.
- Assisting in developing and executing a robust sales and marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
- Strong experience in business management, particularly within the context of small businesses.
- Proficiency in financial management, team management and sales & marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, as we will be communicating mostly via phone calls.
Please note that this role requires a high level of autonomy, so I'm looking for someone who can take the initiative and hit the ground running.
