Business Management executive

I am looking for a Business Management executive who can assist me with Operations Management. I need someone who can provide expertise in both strategy and implementation. This project is a long-term commitment, lasting more than 6 months.
We are a digital marketing company and we need help in management of day to day activities . Mostly the help will be required for planning activities for or team members and getting them executed.
Skills and Experience:
