Business Intelligence Analyst

I'm looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to help me with important data analysis work.
I need someone who has comprehensive knowledge in business analysis and can compare different sets of data to uncover trends, dependencies, and correlations. This is a critical role, as the insights and knowledge gleaned from the analysis will inform strategic decisions.
The analyst should have a strong background handling large datasets. The ability to visualize results, create meaningful and actionable reports, and work with SQL to query and process data would be advantageous.
Moreover, the analyst must also have a strong understanding of Business Intelligence techniques and highly developed skills in presenting analytical data. The ability to incorporate data and information into succinct reports, presentations and documents to convey complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner is essential.

Job Description:
The key responsibilities include:
• Producing accurate, reliable and timely reports for all levels of the company, keeping a strong focus on quality, completeness and accuracy of reporting data.
• Assist in the production and delivery of a pre-defined suite of management information reports, keeping a strong focus on quality.
• Analyzing data, interpreting the results and providing written summaries of the analysis.
• Assist in the gathering and identification of reporting requirements and the development of business critical reports for key internal and external customers.
• Participation in the interpretation, gathering and delivering of data requirements in cross- functional projects.
• Creating and updating documentation in relating to the reports and business logic.
• Training end users in the use of reports and report production software.
• Assuring the integrity of data, including data extraction, storage, manipulation and processing.
• Data Model design and development, using SQL Server BI Stack & Power BI.
• Data Warehouse Development, Maintenance & Support highly desirable.
Technical Skill Set:
• Data Warehousing, ETL, ELT, Data Modelling, OLAP, AI, Machine Learning, Forecasting, Predictive Analytics, Data Mining, Database Security and Version Control.
• Microsoft SQL Server 2000 – 2021, Microsoft BI Stack, SSIS, SSRS & SSAS
• Report visualisation, Report & Dashboard Development using some of the latest BI tools, SAP Business Objects, SSRS, Power BI, Qlickview, Looker, Tableau, Excel, SAS, Diver etc…… Ideally Power BI, Workspaces, Administration, Gateways, Data Refreshes, App Development.
• T-SQL, SQL Tuning, C#, R, HL7
