o Positioning strategy and USPs
o Competitive pricing strategy as per current market rates
2. Business Planning & Execution
o Structuring the agency model (freelancers vs full-time team)
o Revenue and expense forecasting
o Process setup and workflow planning
3. Hiring & Team Building
o Assisting in hiring qualified professionals (SEO, SMM, content, PPC, etc.)
o Defining roles, KRAs, and performance metrics
4. Operational Setup
o Helping with required infrastructure and tools (CRM, project management, reporting tools)
