Business Consultant for Business Operations, Staff Planning & Onboarding

In my quest to improve Business operations and satisfaction primarily through the quality of our product or service, I am in need of a business consultant. Your core roles would be:

- Employ your intermediate level Human Resources experience to create a comprehensive list of requirements for my business. This should include existing and future job roles to ensure we are well-staffed and prepared for growth.

- Develop comprehensive guides for onboarding new staff, aimed at achieving seamless integration into our team by using video such as loom to give tutorials in how to use CRM and other software we. use.

- Establish procedures on how customer service should handle issues, emails, incorporating these into a readily accessible knowledge base. to also create a list of all templates needed from emails, to call scripts and processes
