• Merge or sell assets/contracts
• Orderly closure (if necessary)
• Deliver a written report & step-by-step plan with pros and cons of each option.
Qualifications
• Experience consulting with electrical contractors or construction companies.
• Strong financial and operational analysis background.
• Knowledge of job costing, progress billing, change orders, and vendor management.
• Proven track record in business turnaround, restructuring, or exit planning.
