Business Consultant and Change Management

Hello,
We are a family business in the training field (specifically in health, safety and management) we have established centers that are performing well. But now its time for us to create:
1. clear goals for the future of the organizations, and KPIs (what needs to be achieved each year from this year to 2025 to 2030 for example.)
2. Ways on the dynamics of the organization (board? new ceo? etc.) we want you to help us in changing our organization from a family business (one man show) to an organization that could function by itself fully.
3. New markets and/or industries to go into.
4. new products that we can get into
5. affiliations and partnerships with global partners to have continuous relevance.
generally, we need to touch upon:
we have the elements that you mentioned +
1. we want to come up with new services, new products, new markets to serve.
2. we want to develop an investment arm to start investing in companies and startups.
3. we want to consider if going IPO (in the secondary market) of saudi is a good idea or unnecessary.
4. we want to find and hire a CEO to the whole organization, we want to be able to see what are his qualifications, and also what are his/her KPIs.
5. we want to have a board, with clear dynamics, as now we are purly a family business,s o we want to develop a board.
6. we want to explore ESOPS to our employees, and best practices
We will be sharing our goals and ambitions, but we want you to help us every step of the way.
We expect you to help us understand, plan, and suggest to us methodologies of execution.
We want this to be a long term relationship to make sure things are going perfectly in this phase.
