Business Client Tracking Spreadsheet

I am in need of an excel spreadsheet designed to track my business clients. I am running an existing business, so I am looking for this solution to be scalable for 10 to 50 clients.
The essential features of the spreadsheet include:
- The ability to monitor when the services rendered to my clients are due.
- A column where I can store the names of my clients.
- The spreadsheet should calculate the timeframe to the due date of services for each client under three categories: under 4 weeks, 4-6 weeks, and over 6 weeks.
- These categories should be colour-coded as green, yellow, and red accordingly, to provide a quick visual cue about the status of each client.
Candidates for this project should have expertise in Excel or a similar spreadsheet software as well as a good understanding of business processes and time management. Experience in developing tracking systems or dashboards would be a great addition. Your attention to detail will be invaluable in this task since the data monitored is of high importance.
