 Improve client business processes though efficiency and effectiveness transformation
 Provide analysis of business capabilities within a multi-division, multi-product financial services company
 Identify opportunities for process improvement through digitization, shared services, functional
realignment, and data management
 Document future state capabilities and map technology and operations transition to them
 Specify business capabilities as necessary to drive agile development efforts as the Product Owner
 Drive identification of requirements across multiple business areas and user personas, and participate in
developing innovative solutions
