I'm seeking a skilled business analyst to evaluate three web-based software packages. Your role will involve interviewing end users and managers, and compiling a comprehensive set of business requirements to guide the development of a custom software solution that combines the best features of all three platforms.

Key Focus Areas:
- User Interface and Experience: As the most critical aspect of these software packages, your insights into enhancing usability and aesthetics will be invaluable.
- Functional Capabilities: You will assess and identify the most useful functionalities from each package, focusing particularly on reporting and analytics, workflow automation, customer relationship management, scheduling, and integration with accounting software.
- Data Management and Security: Although less critical, an understanding of how each package handles data will help inform our development process.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record as a business analyst, preferably with software development projects.
- Strong interviewing and communication skills to gather insights from various user levels.
- Experience with software usability and interface design.
