I'm seeking a seasoned Business Analyst who can meticulously create functional requirement documents for our Human Resource Management system. The key focus areas will be:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Defining the requirements needed to streamline and enhance our hiring processes.
- Employee Performance Management: Outlining the necessary features for tracking and assessing employee performance.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Detailing the requirements for managing employee compensation and benefits.
Ideal candidates for this project should have a strong background in HR processes, business analysis, and technical documentation. Experience in creating functional requirement documents or should be able to develop and screen etc for my developers to design a HRM application from scratch.
