Business Analyst assessment (USer stories, acceptance criteria and presentation)

I applied for a role of BA. I have received an assessment to do prior to my interview which includes user stories and acceptance criteria and presentation to convince Business owner to proceed with the project. I am not able think from BA perspective as I don't have any professional experience. I want someone to help me in preparing this assessment
