Business Analyst - USA Based

We are an award-winning tech and media firm based in New York.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong eCommerce background to join our team. Someone who will be able to follow best practices in Agile methodology and understand what it takes to create exceptional user stories.

Requirements
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft Office product suite, and at least one diagram
tool (e.g., LucidChart, draw.io, Miro, Visio) required
• Experience with at least one of the four primary eCommerce platforms.
• Magento
• BigCommerce
• Shopify
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• B2C (formerly Demandware)
• B2B (formerly CloudCraze, being replaced by Lightening)
• Scrum Planning
• User acceptance testing
• Discovery, solution definition, user story creation, creating acceptance criteria, data
mapping.
• User Stories development
• Elaboration
• Story Sign-off
• Mapping file preparation
• Functional documentation
• Backlog definition grooming
