Business Analyst & SCRUM Master for SaaS App

I am in need of a versatile professional who can wear both the Business Analyst and SCRUM Master hats for my SaaS Web and Mobile App project. Your role will be equally split between analyzing business needs and managing SCRUM processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering and documentation: You will be instrumental in understanding and documenting the needs of the business to ensure our development aligns with these requirements.
- Facilitating daily stand-ups and sprint planning: Your leadership and organizational skills will help maintain our team's focus and productivity.
- Coordinating between stakeholders and development team: Effective communication is key, and you'll be the bridge connecting our stakeholders with the development team.

Methodology: This role will require a flexible approach, as we will be implementing a Hybrid methodology. Your understanding and experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies will be beneficial.

Ideal Skills:
- Strong background in Business Analysis and SCRUM Management

- Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with SaaS Web and Mobile App projects

Monday to Saturday - 4.30 pm to 2.00 am EST.
