I'm in need of a seasoned Business Analyst & Process Mapper to assist our team on a freelance basis. This role involves leading business interviews, capturing requirements, and generating clear, structured process maps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Document business processes, workflows, and requirements
- Create operational workflow process maps using Lucidchart
- Identify areas for process efficiency improvements
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping
- Strong facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Proficient in using Lucidchart
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems
