Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business processes within the banking sector (e.g., retail banking, corporate banking, risk management, compliance).
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical requirements.
Work closely with the IT team to develop and implement banking solutions and systems.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends and innovations.
Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives and projects.
Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing banking systems or processes.
Assist in the creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
Provide strategic recommendations to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience in process mapping, business process reengineering, and requirement gathering.
Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, JIRA, and other project management or reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Knowledge of digital banking, fintech, or emerging banking technologies is a plus.
