Business Analyst
We need an experienced Digital Business Analyst who will work as Business Analyst and an experienced manager to handle a team.
Responsibilities:
The applicant must be agile and must have experience in multiple short term projects on a continuous manner.
The applicant work on digital business requirements, digital business processes keeping in line with technical tools.
The applicant shall optimize business analysis processes.
The applicant must remain update with latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize business systems.
The applicant must work as a team member.
Shall have strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL, etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
The applicant shall have knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc)
The applicant shall have experience in human resource management software / logistics and operation tools / CRM / Bitrix tool
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Advanced technical skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
