Sr. Business Analyst

We are looking for Senior Business Analyst with expert level experience in healthcare domain. Experience in pharmacy benefit management is preferred.
You will act as a bridge between IT and the business area by translating business needs via system software business specifications.
Define business requirements, functional design, system specifications, business processes and flow charts. Conduct business and systems process analysis to create process design improvements.
Improve the quality of the systems data by ensuring the data sources are reliable and valid. Integrate new systems and processes with existing ones by designing integration interfaces and their specifications.
Create System Specifications Documents and Business Requirements Documents for the proposed applications/systems.
Utilize Business Process Catalog, Interface Catalog, etc. to prepare documentation to capture the essence of applications. Create appropriate documentation like Process Catalog, System Catalog, SIPOC to convey impact of changes in applications.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study and understand system capabilities and how they affect the business processes.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details.
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
