Bus Report after booking

As part of an existing business, I am in need of a freelancer to develop a report regarding bus bookings with a summary format. I have a few ideas for the format, however I am open to discuss additional ideas so that the freelancer can develop a report that meets my needs. The report should include an overview of different buses and their attributes along with relevant information on their usage that meets the needs of the report. Additionally, the freelancer should provide an analysis of the information presented according to my preferences.
