Requirements:
Mobile-friendly, fast-loading design
Clean layout with “Call Now” button + contact form (Name, Phone, Suburb, Description)
5–7 service sections (furniture removal, appliance pickup, construction debris, yard waste, estate cleanouts, etc.)
Local SEO setup (meta title/description, H1-H3s, proper keyword placement)
