Bidder / Business Developer (Web & Mobile Development Projects)

My company is seeking a Bidder/Business Developer to help us find and secure web and mobile development projects.
Work Model:
Onsite (Full-time)
Shift Timings
Mondays to Fridays
3 PM afternoon to 12 AM night
Job Location:
Gulberg3, Lahore
#Requirements:
1) Bidders must be able to demonstrate that they have built own/company profiles from scratch while exhibiting the stats regarding projects completed and underway in Web/Mobile development domain (as company has yet to build profiles on freelancing platforms)
2) Sound software requirement gathering and engineering concepts preferably prior experience in Software Development / Business Analysis OR Project Management domain will be required to answer all technical queries of the prospects / returning clients so that software sales leads can be matured in a timely manner.
3) Must be able to act as a communication bridge among clients and our in-house team of 40+ software engineers working on PHP-Laravel, Full Stack JavaScript frameworks (MEAN, MERN, MEVN, PEVN stacks), Node.js, Vue.js, React.js, Next.js, Nuxt.js, Python, Big Data, AI/ML, WordPress, .NET MVC, Java Spring, Android , iOS based development.
4) Must be Willing to Work From:
- Mondays to Fridays in the shift of 3pm afternoon to 12 am night (Pakistan time)
- Gulberg3 based office
Note:
- Salary upto 100k PKR (negotiable; depending upon experience)
- 5% to 7% commissions
- Target Achievement Bonus equivalent to 15% of Salary.
- Sick, Casual and Annual leaves.
