I’m preparing a single-slide PowerPoint that captures the entire business readiness framework for a bank in wind-down mode. The heart of the slide must be a clear stakeholder engagement framework: how we coordinate, inform, and empower the people who will actually shut the lights off safely.
The audience is our key workstream leads from Operations, Finance, and IT, so the content has to speak their language—showing exactly who owns what, when, and with which dependencies—while remaining concise enough for an executive deck.
