Bank Acquisition Investment Proposal

I seek an experience investment manager/banker, investment analyst or M&A specialist to assist prepare an investment proposal for a target acquisition of a an existing bank. Also assist in strategy formulation, transaction analysis, post acquisition analysis, management and operator scope, governance and regulatory steps, define what a potential transaction would look like what is in or out if the transaction and timing around this. The scoping study and the investment Proposal will guide a board of directors of an investment fund to make clear decisions and options to complete a transaction. Sucessful bidder will assist and rely on publicly available information, do own research and analysis on regulatory approvals, operating systems, senior management and expertise post sale, Expansion plan, capital adequacy, licensing and regulatory approvals, fund raising time lines processes. Only bidder with 10 years + experience in the above work/field should bid and no fluff. Bidders must also submit evidence of previous similar work done. People without experience of previous work need not to submit any bid.
