Automated Excel Data Analysis Tool

I'm seeking an Excel expert to create and automate a customized Excel sheet tailored for analyzing two maintenance planning tables. This sheet will primarily focus on a comparative analysis between MPT A and MPT K. both having separate spares cost and manpower. MPT K is mileage based maintenance comprises of preventive and overhauls and MPT A is same but time based. I have to identify the total number of maintenance falling each year from 2021 sep to mar 2025 and april 2025 to dec 2030 for both MPTs and accoridngly manpower and spare cost against each maintenance type yearly. the maintenance count can be automated by putting daily mileage incrued and current mileage which can give monthly types of maintenance falling then yearly (e.g. 19k, 38k, etc). for time based its monthly up to 8 yearly. this we need to identify the variations between MPT k and MPT a with regards to manpower and spare cost. this should be automated type to have less data entry and less compelted. a file which give number of maintenance of each type, accoridngly spare cost and manpower

Ideal Skills and Experience:
