I work for property investment company, I am looking for an assistant researcher to help me research investment decisions for my clients.
Remote position / Full time
The research tasks will focus on market and location analysis. Specifically, the new residential development projects in Dubai. I will provide the “targets” and assist where needed. We help our clients invest in new residential developments across the UAE.
The research findings will be presented as a written report. So, copywriting skills are a valued highly.
An example research report would be: Dubai’s new metro line and the locations that will benefit the most. So, data will be both quantitative and qualitative. Topics will be provided but suggestions are welcomed by the assistant. Initiative is very desirable.
Open to all experience levels. I will train you on the job if needed and there are plenty of options to progress into higher paying roles for the right candidate.
The assistant researcher should have a good eye for detail and possess excellent analytical skills in order to truly assess the investment opportunities (training will be provided). I value accuracy and timeliness so I expect to receive the research findings within the given timeframe.
