Archimate Business Process Model Creation
Budget: $12 – $30 SGD
I am preparing a master-level project report and need a set of ArchiMate diagrams that illustrate my organisation’s business processes. The models only have to be entry-level in depth—think clear, easy-to-follow visuals rather than exhaustive, line-by-line decomposition—but they still need to capture the flow of work and how key stakeholders interact throughout each stage.
Scope
• Model the core processes that underpin our service, emphasising workflow efficiency and the touch-points between departments, partners and customers.
• Keep notation strictly ArchiMate so the diagrams slot straight into the report without rework.
Deliverables
1. 3-5 ArchiMate views (Business Process, Application or Motivation layers as appropriate) in .archimate or compatible XML plus export to PDF/PNG.
2. A brief explanatory note for each diagram (bullet or short paragraph) so I can reference it in my paper.
Acceptance Criteria
• All flows are logically consistent and align with ArchiMate syntax.
• Stakeholder interactions and hand-offs are visible at a glance.
• Diagrams remain high-level—no more than two modelling layers deep.
If you use Archi, BiZZdesign or a similar tool, please mention it; I will need the source file for final edits.
