Annual Business Report

My company has assigned me to develop an annual business report which will aim to evaluate the business in a variety of ways to help it get a better understanding of its strategic position, choices and actions.

I have been assigned various tasks to develop the report. Firstly I will need to assess the macro-environment to identify how each category might affect the company as well as the positive and negative effects of it. Then, I need to produce a SWOT analysis of the business capabilities. After that, evaluate the company's marketing strategies. Lastly assess the UK construction industry and any new opportunities it has for a firm like mine.

This is a really busy time of the year for me, as I have a heap of projects to complete for my clients and don't have the necessary time to do the research and produce the full report. This is a complex technical piece of research and writing which requires a freelancer who is a professional business researcher and writer, and also has a good understanding and knowledge of the UK construction industry.
