Acqueon LCM Upgrade
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I need service upgrade of Acqueon LCM. This project involves upgrading and configuring the Campaign Manager to meet our specific business needs.
Key Requirements:
- Upgrade the Campaign component of Acqueon (LCM).
- Requalification and Redeployment of Customizations.
- Integration with Cisco PCCE.
- Ensure the system is fully operational and integrated with our existing infrastructure.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Acqueon LCM, particularly in upgrading and implementing the Acqueon LCM.
- Strong understanding of campaign management functionalities.
- Ability to integrate the system with existing business processes and infrastructure.
Key Tasks:
- Execute LCM 4.2.1.2507 version Patch Installer (must have the software installer) with SQL Patch Option Enabled.
- Start the LCM Services and perform sanity check of the LCM Log files.
- Repoint to PCCE 15.0 after upgrade if required.
