- Purpose: The primary goal of the survey is to look into the commission rate that accommodation providers consider fair to pay for OTA services.
- Execution: You will be provided with the contact details of these accommodation providers. You will be responsible for contacting them and conducting the survey.
- Survey Questions:
Are you currently involved in providing accommodation?
Do you use multiple accommodation provider services? If yes, which services do you use and how many?
Do you use any manager app for synchronization and reservation management? If yes, which one?
Do you believe you could increase your income by using a low-cost provider in addition to your existing ones?
If you were to use a low-cost provider, what commission fee would you be willing to pay: 3%, 5%, or 8%?
- Report: The deliverable is a comprehensive report with analysis and recommendations. This analysis should be based on the data collected from the survey. The recommendations should be based on the commission rates that the accommodation providers consider fair to pay.
