Acceptance criteria and wireframes

I am doing a course in business analysis. I have a total of 3 projects based on procurement activity attached file. My trainer asked me to make user stories, acceptance criteria and wireframes. I need you to create a well described look good feel good user stories, acceptance criteria and wireframes. Minimum 45 user stories needed. Minimum 5 acceptance criteria for each user story. Wireframes use figma if possible.
