I need a system that allows me to collect phone numbers from my customers and send them texts

I’m looking to implement a marketing system for my company that is like Mailchimp, but for text messages. I want to collect my customers’ phone numbers from my website and then be able to send mass text messages to alert them of sales and promotions for my company - if the system allows customization for names like mail chimp that is a bonus to refer to the customers personally
