need SMS marketing

I need to send emails to existing and new leads coming from my fb ads.
I need to send SMS to US and UK numbers.
I have some existing leads that I need to enter into the automation flow to send SMS.
I also want to connect my FB ad leads to the website so new leads enter the automation flow automatically.
I have used Sendinblue but it doesn't allow sending SMS because they said they didn't consent.
I also have used Klayvio but it doesn't allow sending SMS to UK numbers.
I need someone to recommend a website that can do these things. and setup the automation flow.
