help required to set up various bulk emailing programs

i have several bulk emailing programs i would like to use for bulk emailing campaigns, i do not understand how to actually set up the programs so i can use them . the job will be for an expert to set up a program himself , learn how to use it , then instruct me on its use .
it maybe be that a program may not already have an SMTP installed , if so then there will be extra work to source an SMTO and install it in the program, .
the program must be unlimited daily mail outs and i must be able to use it myself
