Want leads generator and Sales closer- Commision based job

we are a video animation agency and our target client is tech and SAAS company owners, we're giving the first video for free they just have to pay for customization - unlimited customization for $1500/min of video.
Person should be able to generate leads and close it and will get paid $100-$200 for every sale they close!
