Transfer and reconfiguration of bulk email delivery platforms

Project Description:
Our company, Virtus Origins, is the parent company of multiple brands, including Uvas Argentinas, Quixote Concentrates, and Cape Grapes. We need to transfer the email platforms from quixoteconcentrates.es to virtusorigins.com while maintaining the ability to send emails on behalf of any of our brands.
Key Requirements:
Email Delivery Configuration: We will be using PMTA (PowerMTA) and Mandrill as email senders to ensure reliable message delivery.
Domain Integration: We must ensure that emails sent from virtusorigins.com, uvasargentinas.com (hostinger), quixoteconcentrates.es (hostiger), capegrapes.co.za (xneelo.co.za), grapealerts.com, easycontact.es, infouva.com, and contactofacil.net are recognized as belonging to the Virtus Origins group.
Configuration of Existing Platforms:
a) MailWizz: The existing email platform on quixoteconcentrates.es (https://mailz.quixoteconcentrates.es/) must be properly configured for use on virtusorigins.com.
b) MailCarry: The existing email platform on quixoteconcentrates.es (https://mailer.quixoteconcentrates.es/) must also be adequately configured for operation on virtusorigins.com.
Ensuring Email Reputation: It is crucial to configure all necessary elements to ensure that sent emails are not considered as SPAM and maintain a good reputation.
Additional Details:
We have 5 Floating IPs in Hetzner Cloud to manage the transfer and email delivery effectively.
The domains are hosted on different providers: Hostiger, Hetzner, and Xneelo.
The hired freelancer is expected to have experience in email platform configuration, the use of PMTA and Mandrill, domain management, and email reputation.
