Need Email Marketing Specialist

I am looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to help me generate leads for with relevant campaign.
Goals:
- The main goal of this email marketing campaign is brand awareness and generate leads for my business.
Content:
- I do not have any existing content for the email campaign, so I am looking for someone who can create something brand new and engaging.
Design:
- I am open to suggestions for the design of the emails. I do not have any specific ideas or direction, so I am looking for someone who can provide creative input and come up with a visually appealing design.
Skills and experience:
- Experience in warming up new business Email IDs (Very important)
- Experience in email marketing, brand awareness via emails, cold emails, and lead generation
- Proficiency in creating engaging and persuasive email content
- Creative design skills and the ability to create visually appealing emails.
